Cancellation Policy

No Refunds Policy: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the program begins. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Notice Required: At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session. No-Show Policy: Any cancellation within 24 hours of a session or failure to join a session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the client forfeits the session. The session cannot be made up. If you join a session 1-15 minutes late, the session will still end at the scheduled time (ex. Your session is scheduled at 6:00-7:00 pm. You join the session at 6:10 pm. The session ends at 7:00 pm.).
