Support for nurses in all stages of your career. Nursing is one of the most rewarding professions, but it an also be incredibly overwhelming, exhausting, and isolating. Whether you are a recent graduate navigating transition to practice, a mid-career nurse looking to make a change from your current position, or an experienced clinician looking to shift into a new specialty or leadership role, you don't have to walk this path alone. Our Mentoring sessions provide a safe confidential space to ask questions, express your thoughts, and receive the support and guidance you need right now. This session is tailored to your unique journey and current professional needs. What’s included: One 45-minute video call What You Can Expect in Your Session Every 1-on-1 mentoring session is uniquely focused on you, but here is a breakdown of what we can map out together: A Safe Space to Vent and Unpack: Safely decompress and talk through the real, daily stressors of nursing with someone who truly understands the realities of the floor. Career Mapping & Transitions: Identify your core professional strengths and build a step-by-step roadmap to land your dream role, pivot specialties, or advance your career. Wellness & Balance: Establish healthy boundaries, learn actionable stress-management techniques, and rediscover your passion for patient care without sacrificing your personal life. Clinical & Professional Confidence: Work through workplace challenges, discuss what career growth looks like to you, and build the confidence needed to advocate for your patients and yourself. Cancellation Policy
No Refunds Policy: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the program begins. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Notice Required: At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a session. No-Show Policy: Any cancellation within 24 hours of a session or failure to join a session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the client forfeits the session. The session cannot be made up. If you join a session 1-15 minutes late, the session will still end at the scheduled time (ex. Your session is scheduled at 6:00-7:00 pm. You join the session at 6:10 pm. The session ends at 7:00 pm.).
